Five years ago we became a reseller for the CR Spotless. Having actively sold this system at various trade events. Very soon we realized that the CR Spotless system had many flaws and limitations. The largest system in the range is the DIC-20 which only holds 1/3 cu ft resin. The actual yield of di water from this system was fairly low, due mainly to the smaller quantity of resin that the units holds. The small braided input hose supplied with the system is designed to restrict the incoming water flow. This is to try and extend the resin life. The downside of this restrictor hose is that at best the system can only cope with 2.5 GPM.

Life after CR Spotless

We tested several different DI systems until we found a system that we both liked, and that did produce a higher yield than the CR Spotless product. Sadly the company that supplied us with this new found product have absolutely no idea about customer service and are still constantly out of stock.

As we were fronting all of the complaints (due to the fact that they never picked up the phone) and customers were having to wait 3-4 weeks before their orders were shipped, we decided that enough was enough

About four years ago we started our own manufacturing facility in North Carolina, where we now produce our new range of high yield DI spotless water systems
